Excellent experience. I am a man and get my hair dyed blonde and cut at the salon. Hanna is brilliant and the rest of the staff are lovely too. The salon is a great wee place. Very friendly and relaxed. I don't feel out of place and can relax and have a chat and a cup of coffee and feel well looked after. I always come out feeling amazing and Hanna does an amazing job. She always makes you feel that she is fully invested in what she is doing and is doing her best job.

I arrived on time, the owner offered my tea (no complaints). Was then left sitting for 20mins, hair dresser had obviously double booked as she just started highlights on someone else when I arrived. Asked for T bar using 2 alternate colours, received 10 highlights all the same colour. Trainee then dried my hair before it was cut (I’ve NEVER received a dry cut before). The cut was awful. A simple bob but ended up a different length from right to left. Won’t be back
