Friendly staff & smart looking salon - it's currently undergoing a refurb so it wasn't open on the day I visited and the lady didn't have a record of my booking from Wahanda but kindly agreed to do the treatment anyway. I don't think it gave me a fair & accurate view of their services.
Wax was rushed, not hot enough & it's the first time I've ever been told to apply the Aloe Vera afterwax lotion myself. At eight months period that isn't easy! Disappointing, but that could be the circumstances.

It was my first booking experience with this salon so wasn't sure what to expect. Straight after I booked the therapist contacted me by text to let me know the space I booked wasn't available, but came up with alternative dates and times which happen to suit me even better.
It was a little tricky to find the salon, but once I got there Elizabeth gave me a warm welcome and immediately started the treatment. The waxing was quick and efficient. It definitely met my expectation.

Great as always, very friendly service and as quick and painless as possible! The salon's very clean with a nice vibe, and didn't feel overly crowded even on a busy Saturday morning.
