Honestly if i could give 0 stars i would.
i had a Hollywood and full leg wax done by a young lady who i can only assume was a new starter as she did an awful job. I had to go on my holiday a few days later with hairs still in all the wrong places, she scarred my "down there" area with the wax and throughout my holiday i was conscious of wearing a bikini just incase it shows the scab that had formed. so i was not even able to go to another beautician to fix the problem. i had to wax my knees as they were left without being waxed at all. and there were hairs left on the top of my thighs because she hadnt been trained to wax against the growth of the hair.
she refused to remove any ingrowbmn hairs - if its not something the salong does it should say so prior to booking.
it was more like Salon of horror and scarring over salon of beauty
