I arrived on time for a dye, restyle, and finish which began 50 minutes later. I was very worried things would be delayed ongoing and needed to return to my baby, so I had only a dye and no restyle and finish. A refund was agreed at the time and I have since been sent just £10 which does not fairly cover the difference shown on their website of £23. Also worrying, another customer removed their mask for a long part of their visit and was not challenged on this. Will not be visiting again.

Was my first time at the salon. Sarah made me feel welcome and relaxed she did a brilliant job cutting my lockdown hair and I am really pleased with the result would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
