I have really long hair and was worried about going to hairdressers that they would cut too much off , she reassured me every time she cut little amounts to make sure I was happy .

Came in for a haircut. Said I wanted it below my chin, she cut it and I asked for it shorter so she cut it again and I was happy with the length. She then continued to cut and it has ended up being above my chin and has cut out all my lovely balayage I’d recently had too. I’ve never written a bad review before but I’m really upset with the cut.

Great experience for my 8 year old daughters hair cut , she has really thick curly hair and Kaitlin was amazing, listened to what I asked for and even involved my daughter asking what she wanted , which made her feel great , will definitely be back when she needs her next cut
