Salon is very cold and unwelcoming. Stylists barely speak to you. When I asked them for recommendations for my hair they didn’t even help me out. I spent £160 on balayage and I can barely even notice a difference. Harsh when it comes to haircare. Don’t waste your money here.

I was really happy with my wash, cut and curly blow dry by Anna, I slept without a Bonnet and my curls still lasted a few days.

Basic facial but therapist was lot very friendly. She didn’t ask if I was hot or cold or what my skin concerns were. She didn’t tell me what she was doing. She might as well have been a robot
