recently had a session where I expressed my concerns about my hair color. Initially, the therapist seemed upset as her voice volume increased but she eventually listened to my concerns and confirmed that it was okay to voice them. I encourage all clients to speak up without hesitation, as the staff does listen. I thanked her, and she smiled, ending the conversation on a positive note. She said that I was welcome back. I did appreciate my last treatment and have been a customer for years.
