I usually get my haircut done by Ana. Unfortunately she wasn’t available and initially they tried to get my haircut by someone who is not experienced. Ana usually checks and recuts my hair (as it curly) after it is dry but this did not happen. My hair was cut in under 10 minutes and was very rushed. I am unhappy with my haircut, and the layers are messy and I was charged full amount for poor service. I was made to feel like other customers were more important (we have been going here for years)
