The whole experience felt rushed even though the Salon was not busy. The hair wash was harsh and rushed . I asked for long layers and curtains bangs but I felt like my hairdresser didn’t listen to my wishes and did something else. I asked for curtain bangs but she cut too short even though I pointed out the length I desired. The layers were choppy.And for the blow dry I asked for her to use a round brush, but instead she curled my hair with no protectant. Very disappointed for the price I paid.
