There was a lot missing from the massage that was on the description. No posture analysis or discussion about my problem muscles before / after self care advice. During the massage there was no question about preference to pressure which I think is pretty standard? It was more soft like being moisturised so muscles not really worked at all or relaxing Lastly through the hole in the table you can see a bin bag under it which appeared to be stuffed with a Xmas tree. Not the best view to relax to!
