We arrived at the spa, had to wait as they were not ready for us. The sauna was out of order which was apparently mentioned in the spa policy but it’s not. The jacuzzi had not been cleaned, there were squashed fruits floating around so I went there just for the steam room and shower.They still charged whole price knowing I didn’t use 2 of 3 facilities and did not offer for compensation/ some refund after asking multiple times. Very disappointed!

Parking in the area is terrible The flip flops are reusable so not sure how many people have used them, like every other spa I assumed we’d be given a fresh disposable pair. The sauna room seats were so hot we couldn’t sit. The jacuzzi room needs to be cleaner and could do with fixing. During the booking process it took a while to receive a confirmation. Speakers didn’t work even though it’s part of the price. Staff were friendly though

Amazing time. The sauna wasnt working so i did wish the price was cheaper. 2 hours goes by very quick though but it’s too expensive to get another hour. Therapist were so lovely. Place was completely private to us.
