All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.The spa was dirty and the staff was rude and they hade abusive behaviour the jacuzzi was cold and also the shower was all dirty and cold , the fruit was not fresh at all and it is not private as there was a door behind the jacuzzi area which was open. they took extra £50 before entering inside the spa and she promised to return it but she did not , they charge crazy but service is poor , they advised on their email that you can change your date or cancel i am highly not recommending this place
