It all nice and clean, the lady assisting us was very informative and we were looked after really well! 2 hours is ample time to enjoy all three steam room, jacuzzi and sauna! Wouldn’t recommend. This place looks like it has potential but don’t be deceived by appearance.
The lady ran late into our session cleaning. The jacuzzi was COLD. Electricity wasn’t working so we sat in the steam room in the DARK & The TV wasn’t working. The service was poor, the lady seemed annoyed by us for asking to put the jacuzzi temperature up. There was hair, food and so much dirt found in the jacuzzi. There was no privacy lady walked into my cousin (hijabi) as she was NAKED!

So out when arrived on site at 1:45 we we was told we was too early even though it states on your confirmation email we should arrive 15 minutes early. The receptionist lady told us she still had clients using the facilities and we had to wait 2:15 the receptionist lady stated to us that the clients who was using the facilities has left it in a right mess and she couldn’t let us use it like that so she need deep clean it area fast 2:45 the session this lady came back up and stated that she is
Avoid at all cost. Firstly, the fruits did not look fresh at all. Secondly the spa was not private, the area did not feel very private as it was open stairs which anyone could use. The service included a HOT tube, however the water was freezing, we called the team members on 3 occasions they said to allow 30 mins for it to get hot. The last occasion the team member explained they can’t make it hot as it is hot outside and other customers want it cool. Very disappointing. Stem room was smelly.

I didn’t manage to get the name of the lady that met us but she was a wonderful host, made us feel so comfortable was so friendly and nice, she made sure all our needs were met. The place is beautiful too was literally great are definitely coming again xxx
