Needed last minute haircut, Donna was thorough when questioning me about what hairstyle I wanted. I was happy with the haircut, I wish she was more thorough when shaping the beard but that was an additional request to the haircut. The hair wash was forgotten about as well as a thorough hair-dry to get rid of excess hair, it should've been a haircut, wash and then styling but it wasn't to be.
