lovely staff but the haircut didnt come out like I had hoped. too many layers that dont suit me. its quite a 90s look that doesn't look right on me!

This was a very good experience. The staff talk with me about the coloring to be sure of what I want. At the end the color was exactly what I wanted.

Clean, reasonable decor, Donna walked me through with hair design as I went in for restyle to which I was nervous about. She was very chatty. The cut was ok but I wasn’t happy with style finish. I asked for few waves and bit of volume but it looked awful so I asked Donna if she could straighten some bits of hair to tone it down, she got rather upset and decided to straighten all my hair and told me I was wasting her regular clients time (client arrived maybe tens mins before and was waiting) then said she wouldn’t stop until I was happy. I started to feel very uncomfortable with her change of behaviour.
I’m very surprised to of been spoken to in this way given I too was a paying client!
Once I paid Donna walked me out wishing me a good day! I found her very rude and will definitely not be going there again or recommending to friends.

Donna was friendly and very professional. She showed me many haircuts suitable for my hair type and we agreed on a graduated bob. It looked good and I was very pleased. Will definitely go back to Salt.
