I am so upset after this visit. My long curly hair has been butchered into 3 different styles. It was down to my bra strap and now the front is shorter than my shoulders and the back is a thin piece of hair at the bottom. The layers are blunt and not blended in. I should have guessed when I walked into see 2 old ladies in the salon... my poor daughter's hair was hacked off too in a very poor 'style'. Can just about tie hers back but with clips. Really upset.
