What a beautiful visit ! Donna was an absolute delight - I haven't been to a hairdresser for the best part of a year an a half because the last place messed up so badly. Donna was reassuring and my hair looks fabulous - I was asked if I'd like any refreshments and even after the appointment I stayed an issue extra 40 minutes to natter. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you for a beautiful experience !x

I had a haircut and coloured my hair is well. Even though the staffs were nice. My hair colouring looked nothing like in the picture I showed them. She did what she is good at doing rather than doing what I like. But she did recolouring for free after I said I wasn't happy with the outcome.
