booked an appointment four weeks in advance for extensions and when i showed up nobody knew about it. finally rescheduled my appointment and had to wait almost two hours for her to arrive. my hair and the extensions were left two different colours and the extensions began to fall out after only 3 days. 13 pieces have fallen out after only a week. customer service is extremely rude and continued to find a reason to blame me or just ignored all of my messages.
