I have been a customer of Salvation Hair several times previously and was always happy with the result, however after booking with another stylist I was shocked by the outcome of my cut. I was given a curly blow dry so didn’t notice how bad it was. I have had to have significant length removed to rectify it.
I have submitted a written complaint asking to be contacted twice and haven’t had a reply.
It seems I am unable to leave a review on the actual booking I had, maybe it’s been turned
