Lucy was extremely patient and thorough with my 14 year old daughter who suffers with social anxiety. She listened to how she wanted her hair cut and delivered admirably! She worked diligently to correct a poor cut from a different salon and ensured my daughter left with a smile on her face and renewed confidence in hairdressers. We will definitely be back
