Natalie did an incredible job with my balayage and my hair was exactly what I’d requested. I was impressed with how carefully the balayage was applied and nothing felt rushed. Will definitely be returning and asking for Natalie again.

I felt very unwelcome, no attempt was made to have a conversation with me, and Iwas left awkwardly sitting there for 3/4 hours. My highlights have also come out yellowy and brassy, and don't look good at all. I have tried using purple shampoo and allowing a couple of weeks to get used to the change, however I'm still not happy. All other staff seemed very friendly.

Such a relief to find a hairdresser that can cut curly hair !! Only need my hair cut every 12 weeks now , due to the cut and manageable style created by Tom 😊
