Showed wanted color on pictures and came out completely different. When complaining about it and stating the obvious they didnt want to acknowledge it even though they clearly used the wrong toner. In the end had to book an emergency appointment at another salon to get a new toner as I couldn't leave the house like this. Very disappointing :(
