Luca was very pleasant and took time and care cutting my hair. It's always difficult changing hairdresser (my old salon had closed down), but I was very happy with the cut. Will book again.

I had previously used the salon in December and had a great experience so excitedly rebooked. I advised my colours were on record but I didn’t see him check and it was very different from last time. Very brassy yellow and stripey - certainly not the ballyage natural look I had booked. The cut was not discussed and was a quick trim round which I had to then ask for more off but wasn’t in the parting I usually wear and when it came to the blow dry I asked for volume with a slight curl, to which I got a rough dry and curling irons used which firstly made me look 20 years older than I am and secondly with my fine hair not the recommended way to blow dry. Won’t be back and had I not prepaid I would have said much more.
