I was kept waiting for about 10-15mins but the stylist was very nice and did apologise. The wash and blow dry was good but I am not 100% happy with the cut - I just asked for a trim but the stylist has cut a long layer into my hair which wasn't there before and I didn't want that. Hopefully my hair will grow quickly and I can get the layer evened out!
