Did not get what I asked for. Went in to get an ashy blonde balayage and left with brassy caramel highlights. Although the staff was friendly, Salvatore was very busy attending to multiple customers at once. While constantly he assured me that he would make my blonde brassy hair more ashy, he failed to give me that. After spending 4 hours in the salon and having my hair dried and curled already, I had to leave quickly because I was late for another appointment. it was only when I home that I realised that I did not like my hair at all. It wasnt a balayage at all, I was stuck with irregular, brassy bright blonde streaks! Looking like I came straight out of 90s! Salvatore kept telling me that I looked great but ultimately I did not get what I wanted or what I paid £80 for. Brassy blonde streaks that do not blend into my dark brown hair is not balayage! I was disappointed and dissatisifed and would've stayed and told him to fix my hair if I werent late for another appointment because I was at the salon for 4 hours! While Salvatore is a friendly person, he did not pay close enough attention to me or my hair as he was busy with 3 other customers at the same time, he did not give me what I wanted despite me showing him pictures of exactly what it was that I wanted and when everything was done he kept pushing the idea that my hair was great and that the colour was beautiful. My terrible brassy blonde highlights were not worth the £80 that I paid. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back.
