Sam was nice enough, however was running 20 minutes late. I explained that Id like about an inch off however only half an inch was taken. She explained that one side would be longer than the other and that this was normal?! I've never heard this before. As it was only a wet cut its hard to tell when wet what it will look like. When she left and Id dried my hair, I noticed both sides are a completely different length! Really disappointed, and also quite pricey for £25 considering, I washed, dried and styled my hair and all she did was trim.
