Unfortunately a very unsatisfied customer. My eyebrows are naturally thick and after the treatment are now horribly thin and definitely not HD brows as advertised. It’s very unusual to wax eyebrows before applying dye which is what happened. The Hollywood waxing was good, the leg wax I thought was good but realised after she had left that I had lots of patches of hair left on my legs. Not great before holiday. The individual eyelash extensions were not worth the money and some have already fallen out. She was a lovely lady but it just wasn’t good enough and a real disappointment before going on holiday.

I don’t think she done eyebrow waxing before. I had eyebrows tinted as well, one is darker than the other.

Sam was incredibly professional and a perfectionist when it comes to delivering her treatments. My eyebrows have never looked better after the threading and tinting treatment I received. Sam was super thorough with the Brazilian wax and she shared some excellent aftercare and between treatment advice. 5 stars all round!
