I booked an appointment with Sam for my boyfriend that is not happy about getting his haircut since we moved because he is not very confident to get what he needs and he ends up disappointed. Sam was very happy to come home, even after a health recovery period, and listen to what he wanted. She constantly checked with him to make him feel listened to and I was able to help the process as well. He was happy with the outcome and felt very happy at home. My threading was good as well and we had a lovely chat throughout the process. Thanks! Definitely recommend Sam!
