I am a nervous person by nature, but my hairstylist was so lovely and reassuring. She really listened to me about worries from past hairdressers who cut my hair deliberately shorter than I wanted/ did what they thought would look nice on me. She left me feeling confident, with a brand new hairstyle that I love. She is so good, I've made another appointment to see her to go back for color! I will be a regular and only booking with her in the future.

Damaged hair, banding and spots from bleach and highlights are uneven and patchy looks grown out as foils weren’t placed against scalp. One side of head lighter than the other. Have sent multiple emails containing pictures and tried to call twice but no reply so far.
