I love nearly all the staff here and always recommended to friends. However on my last visit I was left humiliated and embarrassed, I hated the experience with the last girl who insulted my hair and threw her equipment in trolley in a huff when she struggled to work. All staff failed to notice or ask her why She acted out at me. She said my hair was impossible and I felt humiliated and her strop made me feel uncomfortable and unrelaxed when I wanted a treat after a recent tragedy. Completely spoiled. I love Sam and most of her staff but I'm horrified that I was made to feel like that. Wont be returning or reccomending unless apologised to for such a horrible experience
The Salon and all the staff Were lovely ,Billie did an amazing job on my hair would highly recommend it here -lovely atmosphere ...:)
