I arrived early at Samantha Ward being new to Carlisle I wasn't sure exactly where it was.The lady at the desk was very pleasant she took my voucher and asked me to take a seat we also had a little chat while waiting for my apointment.When Samantha came to take me for my apointment she was also really pleasant and chatty explained everything and I felt totaly at ease. I went for the full body exfoliation and moisturise and I'm glad I did felt so relaxed I felt I take on anything the day threw at me. When I was finished I wasn't rushed to leave and couldn't stop smiling. Definately be back. Worth every penny
