First I was unable to find the place and when I rang up to find directions I was told no one knew I was even booked in and when i was getting wax the women kept muttering to herself and made me feel awful, it made me never want to get waxed again.

Had a massage here. It’s nothing like going to a spa - the massage is done in a scruffy back room, not very comfortable surroundings. But a decent massage with a lovely lady so good value for money really. You get what you pay for.

When I came into the salon, I explained I had made a booking via this app. I was told well we’re busy then a member of staff was made an available. I had water running down my back during the wash, only one shampoo was used. I was put on what I could only describe as a dining room chair in the treatment room, there was no heat protector put on my hair, nor was it an actual blow dry just blasted it and didn’t even brush it through before drying.
