charged twice for a booking after the treatwell application crashed and twi appointments on the same day were booked. despite trying to rectify this am still out of pocket. AVOID

The lady was nice but she has made an absolute mess of my hair cut :( I just wanted a trim and it’s uneven and going to have to lose so much length to fix it. Ask for a fringe and after she point cut it it has really short and long pieces with blunt scissors. I feel bad as she was friendly but honestly did not seem like a professional hair cut at all the worst cut I have ever gotten
