Not only did I experience a terrible bikini wax that caused immediate bruising, but I was not offered any form of compensation and given the poor excuse that the area was wet?! I now have to go on holiday with severe bruising. This was my first salon waxing experience and I am now terrified of going back. Avoid waxing in this salon!! :(
