Lovely service. Very happy with my nails and was offered pedicure too. I was embarrassed to show my feet but was made very comfortable in fact it was pleasant and relaxing experience Thank you so much!

Business owner asked me to cancel treatwell appointment and pay her via cash. On refusing, was asked to pay the difference because 35% commission goes to treatwell. Despite agreeing on the price earlier on the call, Paid £20 on top of what i paid via treatwell, Left the Salon let down, embarassed.
Salon owner then texted to return the money but i had left by then.
Another lady who got hair coloured in the Salon was in tears because her were coloured too orange for her liking.
