Sami was very kind and welcoming. I have darker skin which can make it difficult to see some hairs, however, Sami was brilliant with providing a proper wax. I'm satisfied with the service.

Disappointing gel manicure. Nicked my cuticle, so there was a small scab where it had bled slightly . Two of the nails chipped within 24 hours and the overall finish was lumpy and uneven. (If I hadn’t been going on holiday I’d have gone back to get rectified). The rest of the gels started to peel off within a week! (When done elsewhere they have lasted at least 10 days). Won’t be going back again!
