Sameera is lovely. Great Hollywood wax and I have been to her a few times. I am 7 months pregnant so she is always very accommodating and careful and asking me how I am during the wax. Always very professional and welcoming! Thank you Sameera!

Cancelled my booking on arrival classing me as "no show" to get me to do a "deal" as Treatwell claim 30% of commission,
Paid for a "full" head of highlights, she probably did 3/4 head. Did not take any of the dye up to my roots? Instead bleached over long strips of my hair that were already blonde.Removing the bleach from my hair she used a tea towel to roughly rip through my hair, causing breakage.
Do not go here.

I booked on the app, which has never let me down, arrived in good time after paying for the appointment, to find the salon completely closed and in darkness. I appreciate things may come up and that’s no problem, however out of courtesy I would have expected the salon to at least contact me to cancel the appointment. I would have rebooked however I won’t be bothering.
I even rang the salon number and no answer, Treatwell also tried to contact the salon and they have also not received an answer.
