Not happy after paying so much. I booked with the “head therapist”, instead I got a young girl who coughed the whole way through my treatment..all over my feet and legs!
I got a pedicure and she filed my nails so short I’ll probably end up with ingrown toenails(!)..and the dark colour I chose ended up being quite translucent and she got it all over my toes!! Not neat at all!!
My wax was ok but the surroundings were dusty. It was the most painful wax I’ve ever had and I’m still throbbing. I had to pay extra for a “proper” Brazilian.
I asked to use the toilet and was told they were upstairs.. never said on the second floor!..wondering around a filthy maze looking for the toilet. No loo roll or anything to dry my hands on!
She then question me actually having paid at all and waited 10mins for the manager to check it despite me showing my order and number and my account to show the money had been taken. I was then told not to book through Treatwell and gave me a leaflet of prices which went straight in the bin! Alas I will NOT be returning. Absolutely diabolical.

Hair curled and make up done by Chandra, really happy with how both turned out! Had lots of opportunities to make any changes but didn't need to as was done exactly how I asked! Would definitely recommend.
Really pleased with how my eyebrows were shaped. Tint was too dark for my complexion though. Was under the impression from the name of the service that I would be getting the usual 7 step HD technique, but it was just a tint and thread + make up. Happy with the final outcome, but next time I would just book a thread and tint. Thank you!
