I could see that the lady and her co worker are quite busy and some other clients were waiting too. But she did not make me wait for too long. Which was the best thing

I had to book this last minute as I was let down by another salon - although busy, the team accommodated me and were very friendly. Parking was difficult and the beauty room was a bit full of stuff so not very welcoming but it was a good experience.
