The staff are really lovely and friendly. But I had a little issue. On my confirmation email, it said £5.00 for eyebrows and eyelash tint. They argued with me that it was the wrong price (but weren't rude), and I only had the eyelash tint, not the eyebrow tint. I hadn't asked for any refund but they said they wouldn't give me any refund. So yes overall an Ok experience. But the lady who did my hair was very nice. Might go back again.
