The therapist is very welcoming and instantly puts you at ease. Informative introduction, calming atmosphere though a little dark maybe a few more candles or low lighting would assist with this? I had reflexology and the pressure used was just right though painful (in a good healing way) at times. I prefer to be told what is happening throughout the treatment and this didn't always happen but I feel that was related to creating a calm atmosphere as opposed to non- communication. It was relaxing, calming and exactly what I needed. I cannot wait for my next visit! Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.

Just like previous appointments, I had a relaxing massage. Sujata was great, making sure that I was happy with treatment. The treatments have helped with my back pain so far. So will continue to get help from Sujata. Definitely recommended.
