The massage room was nice and very ambient; the staff were very friendly. Found the massage very relaxing, and the therapist was responsive to the type of massage I liked (e.g. not too soft/hard). The facial was also very good, and she also made up time lost by technical difficulties! Will definitely be back for another one!
