It seems pointless to review the Sheffield Fox Valley store as it is closing this weekend.
My massage was cancelled 2hours & 15 minutes before my appointment as the therapist had called in sick. No-one else was available. I was told I could use my gift voucher online but that’s not possible for a massage! A refund was then offered which obviously I accepted when I went to Fox Valley. I was very disappointed.
I later spoke to someone else who said her sister had a similar experience.
