Had a booking for a blow dry to arrive at a closed salon with no contact from the salon about this. Attempted to contact the sister salon and had no explanation from whoever was on the phone, then stating that I did not have appointment booked. Sad that I had not been informed of the salon closure and even more saddened by the poor response when I contacted the salon. Shame to have happened.

Blow Dry
I had booked an appointment with Rudi (who has cut my hair for several years and about whom I have never had cause to complain). On arrival I was told that Rudi no longer works at Brunswick Centre but only at Muswell Hill - this despite having received both an email and a text confirming the appointment. I was offered the services of another stylist who then proceeded to cut my hair very badly. This is not an experience I care to repeat and I shall be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to the salon for my appointment to find it was closed. Really shouldn’t take bookings if closed especially cause I prepaid!
