The venue and the cut was good - though I was a bit dissapointed since they tried to change my appointment last minute and had organized my day accordingly. Then I called and they even helped me with an earlier appointment which was a very good way to help me out.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Tommy is the nicest hairdresser in London. He suggested the right style and did justice to my hair. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would recommend everyone to visit this salon
Blow Dry
I have done my hair done by Adam before. He's very attentive, very skilled. And he never waste of his time with chit chat, he paid utmost focus on what he's doing with my hair. Highly recommended.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
As I have limited mobility I rely on the lift that goes between the floors, so I can access the wash basins. Unfortunately whilst I was having my hair washed the lift stopped working; I was just about able to climb the stairs, very slowly and painfully - plenty of assistance was offered by staff; and two of the male staff members kindly carried my mobility scooter up the stairs. I hope they manage to get the lift sorted out, so this can be avoided in future.
Blow Dry
I always have a good experience at Sanrizz - both Tommy and Izzie are great. Hairwash includes a lovely head massage and it feels like a luxury treatment.
