Tommy was great. He was very welcoming and professional. He was also very patient and reassuring with me when I came back to ask for a fix. He was never rude and was always kind.
This was the second time getting a haircut there and the place is always clean and welcoming. The staff are all nice as well.

The venue and the cut was good - though I was a bit dissapointed since they tried to change my appointment last minute and had organized my day accordingly. Then I called and they even helped me with an earlier appointment which was a very good way to help me out.

Tommy is the nicest hairdresser in London. He suggested the right style and did justice to my hair. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would recommend everyone to visit this salon
