I’d love to be able to say anything positive about this experience, but it’s impossible. It’s impossible because when I arrived (early) for my appointment, I found that the salon was closed. I called, just to check, and was greeted with a recorded message saying no one could answer the phone. Not even the option to leave a message. It’s such a shame as I’ve wanted to try this salon for a while. Now my hair is a state and I’m out of pocket because I paid in advance. I will never be tempted to try this salon again. Utterly unprofessional. Oh, and if I could have given 0 stars, I would have done.
