Very welcoming. Sharon did a great job of my need for a simple haircut. Washed before; rinsed after; and scalp massages were all great (a colleague did the first wash).

Ok blowby but hair was burnt by tongs and still smells of it. The whole experience felt cheap. Stylist complained my hair was too thick and straight, which I've never heard from previous stylist. Made to feel like I was expecting too much ...
