My hairdresser seemed very unfocused and distracted. She did a good job but went about it pretty inefficiently which didn't inspire confidence. Nice haircut though.

Brilliant blow dry. The only thing I'd warn about is that as it is a training school as well, the staff can sometimes need to attend to students.
