I wasn't sure if I did get hair conditioning or scalp treatment service but I was only hoping for a good haircut anyway. The cut itself was ok, the hairdresser took her time doing my layers. However, she was not very pleased when I told her I didn't like my hair at the back square. She explained that was the way she would do it and offered to thinner my hair. I couldn't see how that could help but it was clear that she couldn't do any thing else.

I was nervous because I came in with a photo of a haircut I wanted and wasn't sure how that would go but Bea did a perfect job adapting it to my hair and spent a long time perfecting the ends. I was really impressed with the level of care and it was a very relaxed, pleasant environment

I got a haircut from Rudy, he is a nice guy and patiently heard my hair problem. The cut he did is quite good but only complain would be he could have cut it slightly less shorter than he did.
