This hair appointment was very good value for money. However, it was for a Christmas party event I had in the evening and the total time of the appointment was 1 hour and 20 minutes. For what was just a trim, I felt that this was excessive and put me behind schedule. Also, while the cut was good and well-finished, I had my layers taken right up, which I specifically did not ask for - in fact I specified that I wanted to grow them out and merely wanted them tidying up. This was disappointing

I had extremely disappointing experience.I got a groupon voucher that was supposed to give me £99 hair cut experience but got one for not even £15!! Firstly the cut itself was not even 45 minutes long,I had to even force the hairdresser to straighten my hair, she wanted to let me go without a proper finish!! Secondly, and most importantly my hair was unevenly cut, one side is longer than the other and with huge gaps.
I think the business has to realise that they are actually selling a cut for £99 and should live up to their own promise and fulfil people's expectations of what they are buying!!
