Good haircut, the conditioning treatment wasn't discussed with me so I'm not 100% sure I had it but my hair feels very soft and I'm fairly sure the girl washing my hair added an extra conditioning step. Bit of a mix up with my time and took longer than it said so I was a bit stressed as I needed to meet someone after.

I was very happy with the the haircut, the staff were friendly and professional and gave me good advice. The only thing I realised retrospectively was that I didn't get get the hair conditioning treatment I booked. I'm sure if I had remembered it on the day and reminded the staff they would have of course given it to me. Would recommend for sure.
